Posizione ottima, negozi e ristoranti di ogni genere, vicinissimo al mercato de la Boqueria. Metropolitana e autobus vicini. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione buona ma con poca scelta di dolci, ottimo il distributore automatico di bevande con un buon caffè. Da apprezzare la disponibilità di latte fresco di varie tipologie. Stanza molto grande e sempre ben pulita.Bella la terrazza con il bar dove è possibile fumare.

Le finestre non si possono aprire e sono schermate quindi non si può vedere l’esterno.

Luxurious hotel. Very well located. Very clean and comfortable. Our terrace had a great view, but it was scorching hot when we visited; so we couldn’t use it. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Appalling that extremely loud construction work to replace landing area floorboards started every morning at 9am (imagine someone banging a pan over your head). Reception staff and company email response was totally unsatisfactory (unresponsive for a long time and, ultimately, while acknowledging the serious disruption, merely offered a discount on the "next stay", likely knowing full we were unlikely to return to the city in the foreseeable future.
