Hotel San Gil

I would like to formally express my disappointment with the reception staff and the way they treated guests.Their behaviour was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and lacking in basic courtesy.They did not make an effort to assist guests in a respectful or friendly manner. More importantly, I noticed what appeared to be clear favouritism and unequal treatment towards certain people.This kind of partiality is unacceptable, especially in a professional environment where every guest should be treated equally and with respect. I believe the management should take this matter seriously, review the conduct of the reception staff, and ensure that all guests receive fair, respectful, and professional treatment. I hope appropriate action will be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.first time I can see like that hotel

last year l alredy travel Seville and we are staying occidental sevilla pool hotel it's good vibes and good memories but this time we are with kids and totally disappointed

Innenhof zum frühstücken

Klimaanlagen war kaputt, konnte nicht repariert werden. Zimmer hat alt und muffelig gerochen / war im alten Gebäude. Regenbrause war kaputt. Es war sehr laut von der Straße her. Pool ist nicht zu empfehlen. Man muss durch das Hotel laufen und dann wird es als Kinderspielplatz benutzt. Beim Schwimmen kann es sein, dass man mit dem Ball abgeworfen wird. Frühstück war durchschnittlich, nichts besonderes.

La decoración está muy cuidada. El patio interior es muy amplio y bonito. La habitaciones son muy amplias. El desayuno muy variado y el personal muy atento

El agua caliente en la ducha tarda muchísimo, perdiendo muchos litros de agua cada día. Las tuberías huelen por la noche y estropea la experiencia. Nuestra habitación no tenía una ventana donde ventilar la habitación, sólo la puerta de entrada y suerte que estaba apartada del paso de los huéspedes. El hotel en general necesita una reforma

Camere pulite e spaziose, piscina top e colazione con buffet ricchissimo e molto buono. Il personale gentile e accogliente. Posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi.
