I wasnt clean when i first got the room have to make them clean it again the towels and coversheet had a smell so i had to ask them daily to change .

My stay at Hotel Muse Bangkok was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and truly unique, with a sophisticated design and atmosphere that makes it stand out from other hotels in Bangkok. The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. What impressed me the most, however, was the reception team. Their service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were also very attentive and quick to assist with any request. I genuinely felt valued as a guest rather than simply another hotel customer. I would like to give special thanks to the entire reception team for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I will definitely return to Hotel Muse Bangkok on my next visit to Bangkok.

Very nice stay in Hotel Muse Bangkok. All the staffs are very helpful and kind. CHERYLYN is also very helpful and kind. Nice experience. Wil be back.
