I liked cleanliness of the room, air conditioning, and fridge. I liked the service of one lady - Rose, she is very approachable and also one woman with glasses pretty client oriented (found slippers)

Some of the staff are not compatible, they don’t know the general rules of the hotel. For example, we put the label “don’t disturb”, meaning no need to enter the room, but the cleaning staff did, and reception man could not respond to this.

Perfect location. Location could not be better. Staff is so friendly and helpful and we were so welcomed especially with our little dog.

Very central and close to attractions such as Trevor fountain and the Pantheon. The room was lovely and spacious.

Walls are a bit thin, so you can hear when other people, especially if they're noisy or turn up the volume on their televisions. This is not the fault of the hotel, but do be considerate of other people if you choose to stay here.
