“Disappointing stay because room not as pictured and various issues.”

The location.

Room was not as advertised. Dimly lit. No horse picture in room. No nightstands. Toilet button broken so water kept running unless you pulled it out when done. The outlet by the desk didn’t work so had to use coffee maker on floor by the entrance where there was a working outlet and flat surface. Tripped when entering the room because there’s a step down not well marked - Room #14. Including photos of the quadruple economy room we booked, you can compare them to photos from website. Reached out to management, was told day later no other rooms available and they’re sorry for the issues and will have maintenance look into it. We were only there two days so maintenance didn’t look into it while we were there, though housekeeping did enter the room our first morning there and said we were on the list as checking out that day. Maybe just confusion but surprising nonetheless. Missing light in one of the hallways.

Location is superb, walking distance to the museums and restaurants. Direct city bus 397 to and from airport. The friendliest front desk staff and a complimentary cappuccino macine in the lobby.

there was no air conditioning in the room. the building was like a green house with no ventilation.
