Ok hotel. No real welcome. Couldn't find our booking no communication about that by the boss Daniel. Finally found it. Did not explain that if we took wrong lift we would end up in hotel next door. Otherwise clean but dated. Breakfast fantastic & rest of staff good! Restaurant next door excellent - the boss - fabulous & food too!

“Good location no frills”

Good location for exploring all the sites everywhere is walking distance except the Vatican. We had a basic room that was clean and a comfortable bed. The roof garden is nice for breakfast especially the very top terrace. Only downside was lots of wasps and pigeons in August. Staff were good and efficient. Would recommend

“Lovely hotel!”

This hotel was stunning. Staff friendly and hotel was spotless. The views from the Roof Terrace were stunning! Only criticism I have is that there is 1 small lift on which is slow, especially in the mornings around breakfast and check out time
