In the centre of Madrid, close to all shops restaurants and attractions. Everything is walking distance. The rooftop terrace has a view of Madrid, really special at night. The hotel has rooms such as a 5 star hotel, big bathroom, comfortable bed, good pillows and excellent service. Staff is pleasant and helpful if you are in need. Definitely coming back.

The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to many of Madrid's main attractions. The metro station is also right next to the hotel, which is very convenient if you need to travel farther. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. The breakfast is good and provides a nice variety of options.

We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first day, but it was addressed promptly, and we didn't experience any further problems during the rest of our stay.
