“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.”

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great and convenient for shopping. The breakfast was wonderful and offered a great variety. The Wednesday evening social was very nice. It featured crackers, cheeses, soup and champagne all complimentary.

For me the pillows were very uncomfortable but that’s just my personal preference, I prefer firmer pillows. The pool area could do with some upgrades and offer other amenities especially for kids.

The room felt a bit musty maybe because of the carpet. The hotel was also under renovation so the pool was not in use. It is also far away from the airport with no public transport to get there.

Staff was nice and very attentive about the circumstances. Room was clean

Breakfast was ok location was moved to a meeting room tight and cramp food was ok. They had the lobby closed since it was being renovated and the smell of repair was through out the hotel. You could taste the smell in your morning breakfast also you could not use 1 of the elevators because of the renovations so we waited 10 minutes to get to our room from the 1st floor.

The Staff was very courteous and helpful. They were professional in handling the situation.
