The property was nice and clean. And it was a reasonable price for 1 week stay.

The pool needs to be updated it look very dirty the outline of the pool is outdated. Our first day that we were there we had a roach crawling on our counter top.

“Very nice overall”

Nice little one bedroom apt in the quiet residential neighbourhood. Good price compared to other options in Ft Lauderdale. Grate location is you have rental car. Just 5-10 min drive from the beach

I think renovation is due but it’s not like the place falling apart, just some improvements
