Found hairs in the towels in my bathroom and the ac unit was pretty wonky and loud which made it hard to sleep, beds also very hard and not comfortable.

Close to universal, can walk to nearby fast food like maccies, KFC etc. breakfast was good too.

The whole hotel smelt of weed and alot of the decor was a bit tatty. As Europeans, it's ingrained to us to recycle and were surprised to see a recycling bin...but with a plant bot on top marking it out of action. Our room was right by the lift aswell and it was extremely loud all night. I know we could've asked for a different room, but after getting of a 9+ hour flight we just didn't bother as it was only for 1 night. If we were looking for an off-site hotel to enjoy Universal Parks, it wouldn't be this one.

The breakfast is good. The location is nice. The service is friendly and attentive, making your stay even more enjoyable. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for relaxing and starting your day right.

The room and bathroom are a little small.

The hotel was very convenient to the interstate. We stayed one night on the way to the.Tampa cruiseport. The desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! We would definitely stay there again.
