“Subpar stay”

Check in was delayed to rooms not being ready. When I came back to finally get my key that front desk clerk was rude. The room is spacious but broken furniture, extremely hard bed, and no water pressure. The AC was not working and maintenance could only offer us boxed fans. And one of the toilets was clogged. Parking is a bit much as the entrance is in the middle of every building completely opposite of the parking lot so be prepared to walk a good deal. Tried the restaurant and staff was nice. However, it’s under staffed so wait times are long and food wasn’t good. Pool was the only good part. Why they charge so much for amenities when the only thing they have is the pool and exercise room. I’ve paid less for resorts with so much more. Won’t be staying here again. No way I would buy either is this is their standard in service and delivery.
