Great hotel. Very contemporary. Diamond status recognized and appreciated. Upgraded to exec room. Hotel 2 blocks from station. A challenge finding an elevator but once you find you can get to correct level. Go out main entrsnce. Go to street. Turn right walk 2 blocks. Loved the room on 9th floor Bed is luxurious Bathroom floor to ceiling marble or granite. XL fluffy robes Exec lounge average for European hotels. Mgmt hot snacks in exec lounge should be served hotter. Most were luke warm. Attendant in lounge non stop worker Breakfast excellent. Everything in this hotel was perfect. Vitaliy on FD very helpful , true gentleman Concierge both of them very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. It should have 5.0 average score
