het ontbijt is niet duidelijk. A la carte is relatief duur maar wordt niet verteld dat je ook gewoon van het buffet kan pakken.

“Good location for a night or two visiting NY.”

Good location, right in Times Square area, if you are going to the theater. Just 2 blocks to Bryant Park. No Lobby to speak of but a small area offers free coffee/tea and water and there is a very small but serviceable alcove selling snacks, etc. There is a restaurant and bar which we did not check out.

I would have liked to have an easy chair or some kind in the room.

Die Lage war das Highlight und die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider war der Henkel der Dusche kaputt.

“Wonderful location”

The location was great. The housekeeping was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Liked having a guard at the street level entrance. Felt safe. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Liked having a safe in the room. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were 4 elevators and they moved quickly. The shower was great no problem getting the temperature to warm.

The body soap was empty in the shower when we arrived. Hard to wash your hands and face in the sink because the water flow is very minimal.
