As usual, and one of the main reasons we keep coming back, the staff, from the front desk staff to the bell Captain, excellent. Let me start with the front desk. Upon our arrival, we were helped by Mike. Aww, what a pleasant, helpful gentleman. He was very warm and efficient. Later that evening, we met Darius, and Darius just took up where Mike left off. The professionalism he displayed was top-notched!!! And finally, Milton, the bell Captain. This our third year in a row visiting your hotel, and each year, we look forward to seeing Milton. Milton is an excellent staff. He, like all of them, is very pleasant, helpful and just a pleasure to be around. I can't say enough about the staff! The location, the second reason the Hilton Marina is our go-to hotel, is exactly what we need. There are several stores (Ross Dept. Store, TJ Maxx, Publix and a Total Wines & More) within walking distance. And did I mention a 24-hour Walgreens one block away. To sum it up, our stay was excellent!

The restroom was not up to our standards regarding cleanliness. However, housekeeping came and quickly rectified the problem!
