The mattress in the room was very uncomfortable it had hills and valleys

Staff, cleanliness & close to airport. Also breakfast.

Nearby strip mall was seedy & didn’t offer a variety of good restaurants.

Very nice pre-cruize stay. Would choose to stay again next trip! We didnt use shuttle service but it looked like it was runn8ng smoothly for other guest. It is very convient location. Im allergic to feather and they brought me foam pillows immediately! Thank You.

The floor in room left socks and feet black. Double check by wipping floor with towel and it was black. I would normally just let staff know, but we were in a rush. I think changing cleaner may help. Or use a swifter. We couldnt see dirt or dust, which is why I believe it's residue from floor cleaner. Everything else was perfect.
