This is the most terrible experience I had in my whole life. Usually I don't write negative comments, but for this one I feel it's my duty to record what actually happaned: you could end up waiting half‑an‑hour under blazing sun for check‑in, get screamed at and hit with the f‑word by an erratic temporary staff member, have your booking cancelled by the owner to avoid bad comments (luckily I still can write), then attacked by malicious lies and twisted accusation when doing nothing wrong, yet being painted as the rude one, and be removed by police in the middle of the night. This hostel may maintain decent‑looking ratings under ordinary circumstances, but when things go wrong they have 0 respect to guests and can do terrible things. No matter what they might keep on lying in the reply to this comment, God knows every single word I said is true.

This is my full account of how it unfolded. What began as a messy check‑in escalated into outrageous mistreatment by the hostel management. When I arrived, reception was unattended. I waited for half an hour under direct sun until an elderly temporary worker showed up to handle check‑in. He mentioned he was on‑site to repair the roof and spoke in confused, illogical sentences. He relied on constant guidance from the owner over an iPad just to complete basic check‑in steps. The hostel operates a cash‑only policy, which I had not been warned about in advance. I had just paid cash for a tour scheduled the following day and did not carry enough remaining cash to cover my accommodation fee. The owner began discussing possible payment alternatives with the temp via the iPad. Unable to follow the conversation, the temporary worker grew visibly stressed, rambled incoherently and vented frustration toward the owner. The owner suggested leaving my passport as collateral so I could settle the payment in cash the next day. However, the temporary worker kept hold of my passport, neither photographing it as instructed nor handing it back. His erratic mental state made me deeply concerned that he might damage my passport, so I decided to take the required photo myself using his iPad. At this point the temp suddenly went mad, yelled aggressively at me and shouted the f‑word. Earlier, he had explicitly told me I could message the owner directly through his iPad for communication. After calming him down, I messaged the owner via the iPad, explaining I no longer felt comfortable leaving my passport in the temp’s custody and offered an alternative form of identification instead.

Solo l’aspetto della zona comune e la posizione.

Nessuna accoglienza fisica . Ci siamo scritti per messaggi, era gentile ma purtoppo poii ci ha rimandato a parlare e saldare il Conto con un inglese (Larry)che presumo vivesse lì (sempre ubriaco, già alle 7 di mattina con la birra)simpatico ma non a posto proprio perché ubriaco. Ho dovuto chiedere due volte che fornisse la carta igenica perché mancava in tutti bagni. Il bagno non camera non funzionava neanche. Era rimasto quindi un unico bagno (vicino la Cucina) x tutti. Il letto che ci era stato assegnato era già occupato o non avevamo cambiato le lenzuola di chi era sto in precedenza. La cucina si poteva usare solo dalle 8 e non si può cucinare carne perché sono vegetariani. Tutto è assurdo! Per fortuna sono stata solo 2 notti
