“The location was great, this is an excellent option for travelers on a budget.”

The staff was universally friendly, from the housekeepers to the front desk staff to the folks who kept the breakfast running smoothly. We were not bothered by any noise from outside, or from others in the hotel. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and the fresh fruits and veg were a great touch.

My guess is that housekeeping may be a bit understaffed. Our first room may or may not had bedbug stains on the wall (no issue from the front desk moving us very quickly and the next room was fine). The bed and floor looked like they could have benefited from another pass through. We were out from 10-3 and out trash wasn’t taken out, or our towels refreshed on our second day.

das Zimmer welches uns verkauft wurde war für 3 Personen, wir waren aber zu viert und haben für 4 gebucht. das Hotel sagt, der Fehler liege bei booking...... es war sehr laut im Zimmer. hinter dem Hotel die manhatten Bridge, auf welcher die subways einen Lärm machen, der einem tieffliegenden Flugzeug sehr ähnlich ist. vor dem Hotel die Strasse mit vielen Einsatzfahrzeugen mit Sirenen die ganze Nacht. die Lage in China Town haben wir gewusst, würden wir aber nicht mehr wählen.

We stayed there for three days, first day when we come back the house keeper took our gray towel and never give back to us, is she color blind? It’s never happened to us before!

Size of rooms, ease of checking, cleanliness. Staff was always friendly, seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
