“Great location at a good price”

The location was perfect, close walking proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Otherwise, a quick bus or metro ride away as well. Carre-four Express on the doorstep and Mercat de Sant Antoni very close. Best place to be for local, trendy and authentic fare as well. Perfect room for us with 2 double beds - really great staff when we needed help. Thank you.

This is a mid-budget hotel - we got everything we expected. There could have been more top up of toilet rolls and fresh towels during our 4 night stay with 2 young children. The hotel room is not sparkling clean in every detail, but good enough for our stay. 😊

“VERY HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST”

Booked weeks in advance, we were initially a little shocked to find we had no rooms on arrival. However, compliments must be paid to the reception guy who was left with the job of telling us (although they had sent a text and email earlier that day - we hadn't seen these). There had been a water/electricity emergency affecting our rooms so they had transferred us to their sister hotel (the 4 star Rossello) at the eleventh hour. He provided us with coffee and cake, arranged a taxi (paid for by Evenia) and was most apologetic for the inconvenience.
