“Fantastic hotel in a great location in NYC.”

I travelled with my three young children to explore the city. The hotel is right next to a Subway station which we used without issue to travel across the city. The rooms are small as you would expect in a city centre hotel, but they are modern, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We found the hotel staff we encountered very friendly and helpful. It was my daughter's birthday during our stay and the hotel arranged something in our room upon arrival which was very much appreciated. The hotel has a restaurant and bar; we can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there but it seemed pleasant when we stopped for a drink and to buy some of the small selection of groceries they have available to buy. We had a fantastic trip to NYC which was made more special by having such a nice stay at this hotel. If I return in the future, I would definitely consider staying at the EVEN Hotel New York - Times Square Staff. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay!

“A vibe”

I love a beautiful aesthetic and this was what I was looking for !! So nice on the inside, ppl are super accommodating & perfectly set in the city that allows you to access by train etc. Also super nice for a friends trip

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service from Sheila We had a wonderful stay at EVEN Hotel. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that they accept Amazon packages for guests. As visitors traveling from far away with limited shopping options back home, we often shop online while we’re in New York, so having a hotel that can safely receive our packages is incredibly convenient and one of the main reasons we would happily stay here again. A special thank you to Sheila, who made our stay even more enjoyable. She was exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, always with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist. Her outstanding customer service truly made a difference and made us feel valued as guests. Thank you, Sheila, and the entire EVEN Hotel team, for making our stay so comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to New York!
