“Lush new venue. Really friendly staff. Not to generous with provisions”

Every single member of staff was excellent which is very rare in any business. Smiley, helpful and looked hard working. The hotel was spotless The pool was lively and warm and a tranquil setting. Amazing cocktails and bar service. Shame not open longer than 6pm.

No remote for aircon so had to get up and down in night to turn off in very complicated system No tea and coffee facilities in room. Beds weren’t over comfy. Weren’t Horrendous but did wake up sore. Not an ideal location if disabled. Lift to pool didn’t work a number of times. Should provide daily water bottle but don’t. And water in reception often run out. Food at bar was an overpriced for quality. And soft drinks very expensive for very small bottles. And light on tv and aircon even when off bright so couldn’t get room completely dark to sleep
