We stayed in a suite in East and we loved it, it was clean and well stocked and a very good size. The staff were friendly and professional and the onsite pool and restaurant were also great, would recommend!

The breakfast offering wasn't great from the hotel and the location wasn't the most ideal as you basically needed a car or cab to get to Miami Beach but apart from those small things, we really enjoyed our stay.

“It was okay”

The room was lovely, location was spot on especially for rail station and shopping centre. Valet parking staff very accommodating and professional

Staff were rude - at Pool, sugar bar and reception It’s not a kid friendly hotel Room not sound proofed so you could hear rooms next door aswell as very loud street noise - especially cars drag racing next to the hotel, it kept us up on both nights
