“Se o hóspede não for muito exigente, vale a pena!”

Os jardins são muito bem cuidados. A equipe é muito prestativa e acolhedora. O responsável pela academia, inclusive, é muito dedicado. A comida era boa, mas nada de espetacular.

Nosso apartamento era antigo, aliás quase todo o resort. Divulgam vários restaurantes a disposição, mas nunca tivemos mais do que dois numa noite. A praia estava cheia de algas e em nenhum dia ocorreu limpeza na área. Em alguns espaços, como onde serviam sorvetes, faltavam cuidados com a higiene. Em nosso quarto encontramos cabelos no box do banheiro.

El déficit de personal, con sus consecuencias : - el servicio de aseo insuficiente y tardío, - largas esperas para ingresar a comedores desde el desayuno La imposibilidad de ingresar al mar por falta de mantención de la playa ( otros Resort, incluso el Dreams de Cancún mantienen metros de plays limpio de zargaso lo que permite bañarse en el mar) El Buffet se repite diariamente La empresa de tours que da servicios en Hotel, no cumplió con una visita a Valladolid, incluida en Tours a Chichenitzá
