The room was awesome. Very relaxing and also the crew were accommodating specifically the receptionist named Alexa. She had helped and assisted althroughout our stay.

“Wonderful Stay”

We loved our stay in London and part of why we loved it is the because of the Doubletree by Hilton Chelsea. It is in a beautiful part of the city and when we got back to our hotel late at night, Nashid took such good care of us. He was able to accommodate our checkout time and was able to make our stay more comfortable by bringing up some extra towels. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this wonderful hotel. It’s also close to the train station and has a Tesco convenience store right across the street.

Stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton London Chelsea with my partner and was very happy with our experience. It was busy during check-in time but Jinisha & Revanth handled everyone with class. They were both very personable and positive. The breakfast staff was very pleasant as well. Would love to come back to stay with this team again.
