Arjin sebahat ela, they did a amazing job in serving us. It was a fantastic stay with DoubleTree Hilton Sirkeci. Lavish spread of breakfast. Near to all attractions. Highly recommended.

“Unsafe glass balcony table and rude money pouching staff”

Good variety for breakfast but pricy. Attentive staff during breakfast. Good location. Clean rooms. Room service was good.

Our trip was ruined by the senior management charging us 100 euros for a loose glass table top that broke (resting without support on a stand). This could have seriously injured our child (only grazed her leg with a minor cut) yet they were adamant on getting money from us. We were livid about this, we have videos and will send to Hilton head office and other safety firms. The front desk told us that all tables are like this in Hilton hotels, very hard to believe as this is not Hilton standard at all. Lobby area smelt of rotten eggs every morning. AC was very noisy. We booked our return taxi from a professional tour agency (5 mins walk), they charged us half of what the hotel was offering (same/similar service).
