“5 star doesn't give justice to quality”

The staff are very friendly and polite, tended to every request even the odd ones. Our stay was comfortable and clearly 5 star. All the food was the pinnacle of Michelin. Abdurrahman and his team were especially great, they even offered much assistancefor our newborns needs, full marks. This is our third stay in 3 years and will come again. Thanks to the excellent staff.

“The perfect place for a short break”

Excellent location, within a short walk of bus routes, the metro line, and the tram line. You are also close to the shops and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from, but be cautious, as they tend to be too touristy at times. The hotel is so quiet until you step outside, and you find yourself in the middle of a buzzing city with lots of activities. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfy, and well equipped. No matter which side you take, you are left with a great view from the room. Our room was near the lifts but we never felt any noise from other residents, plus no waiting for the lifts like in other hotels. We did not try hotel restaurants as I am familiar with the city and we always went out to explore different areas and options. There is valet parking at the hotel and you can also park yourself if that's your preferred option which is what I did.

The breakfast bar is good and reasonably priced when compared to other hotels. If you need special eggs, an omelette, or special coffee like a cappuccino or Latte, it is chargeable. It's a good breakfast if you are looking for something light to kick-start your day, and it has everything you need. What let us down was the lack of attention to detail, like missing cutlery to use when picking your food. For example, guests would move serving cutlery from one dish to another, which is an issue if you have allergies. The Spa is located on the basement -3 floor, and the pool water temperature was 28 degrees but felt colder. You have to keep swimming; otherwise, you get cold in the water. There is no jacuzzi; the one they have is more like a fountain in the pool that connects to the main swimming pool and is the same temperature, with no extra jets around the seats other than the main fountain in the middle. There is no sauna or steam room, but you can opt for a massage if you wish.
