I’m a frequent guest and I choose this property mainly due to the fantastic staff including Kareem, Grace, Arab and everyone else. Very comfortable and well situated.

Decent but nothing special. Great location!

We booked for 5 nights and left after the second night. We wanted to leave from the first night actually. The apartments look different from the pictures. Much older and the cleanness of washrooms can be better. The lobby is too small and the way to/from the hotel isn’t easy during the day due the traffic. We got charged more than what mentioned here on Hotels.com and when we asked about it and requested to match the price they just ignored it. The breakfast is very poor more like a 2 stars hotel. We requested a refund for the rest of the night as we didn’t want to stay longer and they rejected it. We moved to another hotel and just left it with 3 nights already paid.
