⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 I had a pleasant stay overall, but for the price, I expected a little more from the room and hotel facilities. The staff were definitely the highlight of my stay. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and I especially want to mention Kyle, who was incredibly helpful at the end of my stay and kindly helped me extend my checkout as I had an evening flight. That made a big difference and was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but the quality, layout and overall design felt quite dated and basic. I was disappointed that the balcony doors could not be opened, and there was no Netflix or modern streaming option on the TV. The remote was also very old and basic, so I had to ask for an alternative. Another small but frustrating issue was the hot water situation. I had brought my own herbal tea, but there was no kettle in the room — only a coffee machine. When I asked for hot water, I was told to go downstairs and get a cup myself. I would have expected hot water or a kettle to be available in the room. The breakfast was good, but I found the restaurant opening hours inconvenient. The restaurant closes after breakfast/lunch and doesn’t reopen until 5pm, which isn’t ideal if you want to eat at the hotel during the afternoon. The pool area downstairs was nice, and I also liked the gym facilities. The location was okay, although it’s not particularly close to shops. It was around a 15-minute walk to find more options, so having more information or recommendations about nearby attractions and places to visit would have been helpful. The staff were great, but some weren’t particularly knowledgeable about the local area. The lady that cleaned my room Maria was great at her housekeeping service. Just a bit disappointed no there was no effort for my birthday. Overall, I would give the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. The friendly and welcoming staff made the stay enjoyable, but I think the rooms, design, facilities and overall value for money could be improved.

Good place and amazing breakfast highly recommended siurika took good care of my breakfast. It was truly amazing
