“Very nice!”

I needed a room last minute due to my a/c going out in my townhouse. The rooms were very clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly.I didnt use any amenities such as the restaurant or pool but the air conditioning was amazing and the beds and linens were very comfy, it was also nice and quiet.

“Awful airport shuttle”

The hotel has a shuttle from the airport. When I called they said the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes I rushed to get outside in time, which I did. There was no shuttle I called the hotel back they said the next shuttle should be there soon. It leaves every half hour. I waited outside in over 100 degrees heat. The only place to sit was in the sun, so I stood against the hot cement. I called at 550pm when the shuttle still hadn't arrived. They said the shuttle was full because of delayed flights. They said another 10 minutes. By this time I had been out in the heat for 35 minutes and was feeling sick. There was a taxi stand a few feet away. I decided it was in my best interest to get out of the heat. I didn't trust there time table. I wrote the manager asking for a refund for the taxi. I didn't hear back in a week. If you provide a shuttle you should have a set time so people can stay inside until the shuttle is going to arrive when it is over 100 degrees out and you and standing around hot concrete.

“Smells like weed”

Location is good.

They turned off the water while I was taking a shower and didn't turn it back on until after I went to sleep. The place smells like weed in the hallways and in the room.
