The pool was very nice and clean, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew was exceptional.

Our power outlets weren't working correctly, couldn't charge everything simultaneously.

“⭐️⭐️ Very Disappointing Stay After 20+ Years With Marriott”

We have been loyal Marriott customers for over 20 years, and this was by far one of the most disappointing experiences we have had at a Marriott property. Our experience started the moment we arrived. The front desk clerk was standing right outside the hotel entrance smoking a cigarette. We couldn’t even walk into the hotel to check in without having to walk through cigarette smoke. Definitely not the welcome we expected from a Marriott property. Once we checked into our room, we found out there was no hot water that first night. After traveling all day, not being able to take a hot shower was extremely frustrating. The following night was even worse. As we were getting ready for bed, someone started going through the hallway kicking or banging on the doors on our floor. We could also hear them doing the same thing on the floor below us. It was extremely loud and honestly terrifying. We had no idea what was happening or whether this person was going to try to get into our room. We did not feel safe at all. After more than 20 years of staying with Marriott, we know this is not the level of service or experience Marriott normally provides. We have continued choosing Marriott all these years because we expect a certain level of comfort, service, and most importantly, safety. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations at all. We hope management takes these concerns seriously, especially the security issue. This was a very disappointing experience for two longtime Marriott customers.
