Un peu déçue de la vue alors qu on avait payé une vue « premium ». On pensait être plus haut et mieux situés. Le petit déjeuner très décevant alors qu il fallait le payer en supplément. Pains et viennoiseries pas bon Pas de beurre doux mais uniquement beurre salé Pas de pan cake ou autres Jamais varié: tous les jours la même chose Le personnel très aléatoire : certains sympas d autres pas vraiment mais plutôt très froids…

The room was comfortable and new age, which is nice

I asked for a high floor and was put on the 10th floor and then was told that anything higher than 12 is a premium view that would cost me more money. I was never offered the option to purchase a premium view room online the manager of the hotel told me that if it wasn’t offered online, it was because the premium views were sold out. However, my room was booked months in advance, so I don’t really understand why all the premium view rooms will be sold out and I also don’t understand that in a building with 18 stories the 10th story is considered a high room. The elevators were malfunctioning towels and washcloths were rationed out. I often had to go to the front desk to ask for some because there weren’t any put in my room after room service came by to tidy up.
