citizenM New York Times Square

The room was cosy and had a lovely view out of the window. The interior design of the room and the over hotel was lovely.

That breakfast wasn’t included but it was decently priced.

It is very near and walkable to Time square. Very near the subway A block away from souvenir stores The staff are very helpful and approachable Breakfast is available They clean the room everyday

The entrance is hard to find At night the Lobby the Ambiance is too dark No coffee or tea maker in the room you need to buy at their restaurant all the time you need it aside from in the morning when you are having breakfast that you have to pay $25 each day

the iced cold brew made for me at breakfast was the highlight of my stay. The breakfast itself was pretty good as well - options felt healthy and diverse. Bed super comfortable - everything I needed in the room.

I liked the familiarity that citizenM provides. I've stayed in other locations and it was a safe bet knowing what to expect of the room, how check-in would work, and that it's just a nice place to look at in the lobby

during my stay, construction on one of the elevators was happening on my floor for hours during the morning and afternoon. it was pretty loud but it won't be a forever-thing
