The bed was positioned such that when the room is occupied by a couple, the partner has to crawl over their partner to get into the bed or to exit it.Make the bed smaller, i.e. queen size with a perimeter around it so two people can enter or exit the bed easily. The door on the bathroom is configured such that it opens only a small amount before it hits the toilet. That can't be right. Make the door swing out, not in. Problem solved.

they will not provide any electric items at the room No Coffee and even drinking water we must go to the grand floor It was a bit inconvenient

Location was excellent. Just 5 mins walking from Victoria station. Nice, young vibe. Fresh hotel. Fabulous staff
Room is very small. Bed placement makes it difficult to move around. No daily cleaning. Meagre amenities in room

“Great Experience”
Perfect hotel if you like to care for yourself and don't want people fussing over you all the time. The staff were friendly and present when you wanted something, but not overbearing. The common space is attractive and fun. Rooms were comfortable and well-organized. Everything was sparkling clean. Stayed here a week and I can't say enough good about this place.
