“Very beautiful and relaxing hotel.”

I loved the breakfast, its was so delicious and service was amazing too.

Honestly cant think of anything that I didnt like.

Great choices for breakfast and served on the beautiful roof terrace. The hotel couldn't be more central: directly opposite the Cathedral and next to the Templo Mayor.

The roads around the hotel are usually closed so often it is impossible for a car to collect/drop-off directly outside the hotel. Some of the staff could also improve their English (as the majority of guests did not speak Spanish).

The design and amenities were unmatched.

The roads were closed for the festival, we saw other hotels had staff meeting their guests to support with their luggage given the road closures. Would have been lovely to have the same treatment given the challenge of road closures.

I wish the pool water was warmer. It was terribly chilly.
