Great location and nice old building. Recently refurbished room.
Lack of lifts. Front ones still out of action. Other lifts are busy with housekeeping and building contractors. Room recently refurbished but the window sill was left in a terrible state. Very hot as room has afternoon sun for hours. Terrible behaviour from drunks in neighbouring room, shouting and hammering on their door at midnight. Put in a room next to one that was being refurbished therefore disturbed by noise and dust. Reception did not mention this. If you're refurbishing a room, leave adjacent rooms empty.
