“The staff is kind”

I'm Japanese and I can hardly speak English, but I was happy that the staff was very kind to me. Thank you very much.

The room is small, but beautiful. The spa and gym are small, and amazing

The staff were nice and theoretically attentive, but the room was missing shampoo, conditioner, coffee. We asked a few time, they replied, of course, but nothing happened. For such an expensive hotel, it is unacceptable.

My stay at Château des Fleurs was exceptional from the very first moment. What impressed me most was the professionalism and genuine warmth of the entire team. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like a truly valued guest, with a level of personal attention that makes the hotel feel more like a home than simply a place to stay. A very special thank you to Nabil, Nadia, Marco, and Moatasem, whose kindness, hospitality, and attention made my stay particularly memorable. The room was excellent and, compared with many Paris hotels, surprisingly spacious. It was beautifully equipped with everything I needed, and I especially appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom, which is not always easy to find in Paris. Considering the room size, quality, location, and level of service, I also found the price to be very reasonable. Breakfast was excellent, and the view from my room overlooking the Champs-Élysées made the experience even more special. The location is another major advantage: just steps away from George V, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés, with the Arc de Triomphe also within a very short walk. What truly distinguishes Château des Fleurs, however, is its people. My sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for making my stay in Paris so comfortable and memorable. I will definitely return, and Château des Fleurs will be my first choice whenever I visit Paris again.
