The property is great, there is a nice terrace, and the host is just awesome. She gave me a lot of very good advice about both the city and my upcoming journey.

Location was under my expectations. It is near one of a few public beaches in that area of Cancún; the beach is pretty small though, and there is a lot of algae in this period of the year. You can get there with a taxi or public buses, just expect some logistics when going to the center and back.

“Nice for a short stay”

The location was close to the ferry point to Isla Mujeres which worked out great for us. The bathroom looked very nice and our host was very welcoming.

The cleanliness was honestly not great. I let our host know so hopefully she has notified cleaning staff.
