Condo is very clean and new with all amenities, very spacious and comfortable.

It was clean, comfortable, safe, close to emanates (Costco/ Walmart/ downtown Cabo) and a five minute walk to the beach. Other beaches were within 10-20 minutes drive away. There was a full kitchen which made available the prepping of meals. Full water purification system was set up in our apt. The pool in the roof had amazing views of the sunset. Laura the property manager was very professional, kind, and helpful; easy to contact.

Only downfall would be construction of the new building next door. Noisy on work days, but not a problem for us; just something to consider if you are noise sensitive.
