L'emplacement est idéal, l'appartement est joli.

Appartement très humide, pas mal de cafards. Il est en train de se dégrader. Literie mauvaise. Impossible de fermer vraiment la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Mais impossible de l'ouvrir réellement pour aérer.
