The property was in a perfect location to explore 5th Ave from the ferry to the shops and restaurants
My room was given away to another guest which cause so much stress due to me booking a room with a bathtub instead of a rainfall shower. I was told I needed to reach out to booking and nothing could be done about it after promising me it would be changed the next day. The bathroom had an odor coming from the toilet like sewage. Cleaning staff came and did something in the shower and then the toilet and the smell was gone but appeared the 4th day. The room was ready at 3pm and I’m not sure why because there were chips and eyelashes from previous guest left behind. Also my balcony door lock was broken I had to go tell them about that because it was dangerous especially with my children being with me on the trip. Someone can potentially come in with us sleep or when we didn’t occupy the room. There’s also no microwave.
