“Great location hotel, but check the location of your room.”

Great location. Quiet. Very clean. Easy to find. Would stay again, however I would ensure a room with easier access. Did not have time to use the facilities but hope to utilise next visit. Whilst I did write some negative comments, I do feel a room on the same level of the lift would have made my visit perfect.

No space for a suitcase. Several steps upwards after leaving the lift, then a tight windy staircase down again which made it difficult to access the room while carrying a suitcase. I felt my room was used as a back up when required. There was no where on the site to indicate there would be several stairs up & down to access and leave the room. It just advertised a lift.

As an American, I like my AC. Although there, it isn’t what I’m used to at home

Loved the spa, the AC was amazing, staff were helpful and polite, location is amazing, bed was very comfortable.

I wished the would arrange for taxis for departure, but that’s a minor critique. Perhaps a 24 hr reception as well.
