“Worst nightmare, God even does not give this to your worst enemy”

Nothing it was at very remote position away from all tourist places of Istanbul

Behavior of the staff, it was very rude and abusive and it was that bad that we had to call police to handle them and after that they refuse to give us water and switch off electricity and their reception staff threaten us to call the police for everything including invoice. It was a worst nightmare of our life, we called booking.com customer care many times considering it takes 30 min to 1 hour to connect with customer care but they did not help, we were stuck
