“i dont recommend this rental the team who run the building is not professional”

Unit was clean and well furnished

It was a nightmare to get the key the keycode did not work the electronic was down , impossible to contact someone, finaly i talked over the phone to someone who gave a lockbox number who was the wrong one and i got 5 times i 5 different lockbox code we staid stuck almost 3 hours outside under the sun before we get the good code, the first night was a nitghmare also the unit downstairs was rented to people who spent all the night speeding and driving they cars on the driveway in front of the unit in the morning the cars were crashed on the parking lot

Parking and location

For me just for the shopping the stairs was an issue. I did ask for ground level

The property was great!

However , they had a crew painting while we were there and my rental car was splashed with paint speckles causing us to lose our deposit . I submitted pictures and reached out about it the day it happened. It’s now been 4 days and I haven’t received any response from management on the issue. I was told then I would be contacted by the end of the day Friday and again by then end of the day today. Nobody has reached out to address or handle this issue

“Impossible to sleep with paper thin walls and horrible pillows”

Nice shower/water pressure

Between the horrible pillows and extremely loud dirt bikes on nonstop joy rides back and forth past the building it was impossible to sleep. Also paper thin walls so neighbors alarm woke us up too.
