“The most amazing staff helped me find my missing father”
(This actually happened in April of 2025, sorry I did not give review sooner) My father disappeared during our vacation in Thailand. I am really really thankful for the staff at this hotel for helping me find him! I was travelling from the United States with my dad in Bangkok for vacation. We had gone on a walk though the city. We were going through Lumpini Park, and we got separated. I looked around the park and could not find him. I kept looking and still could not find him. Hours passed and I could not find him. We did not have cell phone chips. I was really getting worried. I went back to the hotel to see if he had gone back there. There I talked to the staff at the hotel, to see if they could help me. They said they had not seen him but they will help me find him. They went with me back to the park in a car they provided and helped me talk to the security and police. I did not know any Thai. The hotel really went above and beyond in helping me. 6 hours had passed since I had seen my father. My father finally made contact to our family back home and they communicated with me so I was able to get in contact with him and we reunited. But I am so happy with this hotel and its staff.
