Las atención muy buenas y la movilidad no es difícil, los restaurantes a la carta son muy bueno.
No me gustó que hasta el sport bar hay que pagar extra para jugar, también hay que pagar para ir a la discoteca 30 o 60 dólares por los hombres..., el menú principal puede mejorar, Las actividades deberían durar más tiempo y que sean un poco más dominicanas para enseñar la cultura, bailes y demás..., y dejar un espacio para baile por lo menos hasta las 12am

En mi experiencia, el único aspecto que podría mejorar fue el proceso para reservar los restaurantes a la carta mediante la aplicación. Resultó bastante complicado, ya que la app no permitía completar las reservas, lo que hizo el proceso un poco frustrante. Fuera de ese detalle, todo lo demás estuvo bastante bien. Disfruté mucho mi estadía y en general tuve una buena experiencia en el hotel. Espero que puedan mejorar el sistema de reservas para que la experiencia sea aún mejor para futuros huéspedes.
