We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful atmosphere and cleanliness to the outstanding service provided by the entire staff. The valet service was especially impressive always fast, professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Yamen, Saidy, and all the other wonderful staff members who truly went above and beyond to assist us and made our experience even better. Their kindness, professionalism, and excellent attitude really stood out. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again!

The room was comfortable and clean. They placed roses in my room for decoration.

The check-in time was long, the wait for staff to ask questions was excessive, and my belongings and luggage weren't delivered to my room even two hours after I arrived. There weren't two cups in the room despite the booking being for two people, and the wait to check out was also very long.
