The location is best part of the property. Good city views from higher floors and it's closer to bts nana which is a plus point for connectivity

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at breakfast and the concierge.

I didnt know that you had a pay a refundable deposit, lucky I had cash but this should be advised when booking, also you need to retain the deposit receipt to claim back the deposit. You in holiday no one hangs on to slips of paper. This needs a better system

Outstanding loved it Mr PAKPOOM and his team in front office including everyone n Ms Beam are so hospitable and wonderful. Chef Bang and his F& B team is outstanding too Each staff is very courteous

الموقع ممتاز جدا ، وسريع الوصول لمحطة نانا ، وجميع الخدمات قريبة منك

وجود صيانة وأصوات قوية لم تختفي حتى بعد وضع الاسفنجة الخاصة بالأذن ، الصوت كان يسري من كل مكان ، يبدو أن الإصلاحات كانت قريبة جدا من غرفتي ، وقاموا بتبديل غرفتي إلى الطابق 25 ، ومع ذلك لم تختفي أصوات التكسير والحفر ، تخيلوا أن كل هذا حدث في اليوم الذي يجب علي أن أرتاح فيه لأنه آخر يوم وأمامي يوم سفر طويل وأمور لم أنتهي منها ! أصوات أبواب الغرف المجاورة مزعجة حين اغلاقها ، يجب وضع حل لهذا الموضوع
