“Nightmare the second I walked in there!!!”

For the convention we are at the location was good. Other than that it was a nightmare.

A nightmare from the first second I stepped on the property. First this third party company never put our reservation in had to wait 3 hours before they had a room for us. The room was dirty the toilets were clogged but they didn't give us enough towels they didn't give us enough instructions about anything. The next halfway through my stay they said my room is no longer available. My daughter lost a job from the convention because they made me stand there for another 3 hours to find me another room they wanted me to switch rooms when I told them I didn't have time for this, and as the hotel itself was trying to find me a room, I have this third party harassing me saying I need to get all my stuff out of the room immediately but I had no place to put it. I was there by myself with eight bags and they wanted me to move everything before they was even another room I warned them the night before I only had a half hour so they better have the room ready and they told me everything was perfect and I could just switch straight over and it would be no problem. Nope I was late to pick you my daughter up we missed her meeting and she lost a job because of it. We are out income due to the stupid third party in this hotel not connecting with each other better! Oh and then I found out later the reason why I lost my room in the middle of my state was because they had sold the condo and now it was owned by somebody else. Again I thought it was staying at a hotel but I thought that's what booking was was hotels not condos! Oh and I forgot to tell you my original booking they canceled on me a week before the trip so they said I could switch to another hotel for free since it got dropped. I was already having a panic attack about that and next thing I know she said that this other hotel would be free because I had already paid. Nope I had to pay for that hotel and this next hotel they said that they would compensate the after my stay.

La ubicación es cómoda aunque el precio es superior a los alojamientos sobre la Strip. Por lo que no volvería aquí. Hay un super cerca y una farmacia. Cerca del strip LV, pero despues de caminar, uno ya no quiere caminar 500m más.

El sillón tremendamente malo. Se solició para 3 adultos y no estaba dispuesto el sillón como cama. Se solicitó primero a la camarera que estaba todavía en la habitación (Alma) y dijo que lo solicitaramos en recepción, se hizo 2 veces en recepción y nunca nos dijeron que ellos no podían hacerlo, que se tenía que solicitar en otro número de teléfono. En la madrugada al volver al hotel, la cama no estaba hecha y seguiamos sin saber donde estaban los enseres. Ahí la recepción, al ver nuestra molestía. nos pasó un número para hablar. En el telefono nos dijeron que solo hasta las 5pm la hubieran podido hacer y con un costo extra. Definitivamente fue una muy mala experiencia y tanto la cama como el sillón están en muy mala calidad para descansar. Tampoco está equipada para 3 o 4 adultos como lo indicaba la reserva.

The view was a little limited and the walk to the casino was a little long.
