Lovely hotel. Really nice beds and very clean. The lobby and restaurant were bright and welcoming. Would happily stay here again.

The $20 parking charge per day is quite steep - especially as the multi-storey car park was never anywhere near full. Would like to see this reduced or even provided for free as the hotel wasn’t exactly cheap, and was an expensive addition to the stay (even if you embedded this cost?). Especially as it’s hard to navigate Miami without a car.
