Location was good for our purpose in London as we needed to be near Brick Lane. Nice aesthetic in the lobby!

The television ( Comcast ) was down in the entire building so no ability to watch FIFA or even cast your own device on the TV for evenings, very boring as I contemplate the cost of this room.

I lost my item on the room desk and i tried to contact the staff. They haven't reply me at all and even send me 2 messages to let me rate them😅 fine i rated and i feel so bad of your service！

Loved the cleanliness, atmosphere and comfortable beds

AC is very very weak. I had mine on constantly at 18 degrees on high fan and you could barely feel it. Very hard on a normal day, terrible in a heatwave

,clean and staff were very helpful , AC worked well
