“Helpful staff, weird hotel, stay in the partner hotel across the street instead.”

Staff are really nice and genuinely helpful. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the room on arrival so they organised for us to stay in a partner hotel across the street for the night. The following night we were woken up twice by a loud humming sound in the room (we believe it was a plumbing issue) and we were moved to another room for the remaining two nights. Location is fine, right on a metro stop but the area can feel a little rundown at times.

Decor of the property is an acquired taste. The whole hotel is furnished to look like a bathroom or spa. In the room both the toilet and shower are only separated by glass, the shower you could forgive but the toilet should be its own room in my opinion. Overall I’d describe the vibe as mildly overstimulating.

L’établissement est beau, bien situé à côté du métro. Les chambres sont jolies, propres, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très complet.

“Stylish, convenient, good value”

Nice modern hotel slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy hotspots, but still within easy reach of everything, with metro stations just steps from the hotel’s front door. Our room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay.

Sometimes the reception area smelt a little musty - I think this was linked to the water feature cascading behind the desk. Also, the air con in our room only worked on one side of the room; the other vent didn’t seem to cool anything.
