“Very good overall, some niggles”

Excellent location, inside the old city walls but also close to the ring road and the Estacio Intermodal transport interchange. Mostly a very quiet area. The apartment was clean and well equipped with kitchen appliances and large TV. The beds (both the main double and the sofa bed double) were very comfortable. The shower is good with plenty of hot water. The support staff were responsive via WhatsApp and quick to offer help.

The apartment had a few niggles, the bathroom sink was blocked, the door locks were difficult to use, and overall the walls could have done with a lick of paint - there was even a hole in one area of the wall (probably made by careless guests). We reported the blocked sink, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left. Overall we felt that the price was a little on the expensive side, but to be fair it was peak season in mid August.

Cool apartment, flexible check in, and good communication. Looks more like a nicely remodeled loft. Comfy bed and pillows also. The AC is very good also, and it's hot in July. Perfect for a couple, or if you travel with small(er) kids let's say. The drawback being the lack of privacy. There's no bedroom door, and the bathroom is built kinda in the bedroom, so if you're more than 2, heh, your privacy is completely gone.

Not good if you have mobility issues. Second floor with no elevator, in an old building with extraordinarily narrow staircase. A litlle adventure to go up and down the stairs :)
